  1. I am unable to access the learning site to obtain the material for my assessment

    I am unable to log in to get the material for the standard accreditation but the learning site is not allowing me access. I have sent email to support but no response. I have called the technical support number and got a message that it is not open until Monday. This is a disaster. How can I complete the test this weekend if I am unable to access the material. I need urgent support to access this. I get message that account is pending email validation but I have also clicked the link I received for linking account and still…
