Could the precedents not provide for husband and wife
It is very confusing for parties as to whether they are the Applicant or Respondent often the person who was the Petitioner to the divorce is actually the Respondent in financial matters. Could the precedents not make provision for Husband / wife to be added to the Applicant and Respodent

Why does the precedents refer to applicant and respondent with no capital letter at the start.
The precedents throughout should refer to the Applicant and the Respondent using capital letters in accordance with English Grammar. Very time consuming going through whole precedent to change once downloaded.

When exporting to word document can the recitals be set out as Paragraphs A, B etc and the clauses as 1,2,3
When you download to word document it is very much all over the place and the clauses retain the numbers from the precedents and do not flow in nice order taking a lot of time to tidy the order up and make clear. Surely when downloading the recitals could come out A,B,C and the clauses of the order as 1,2,3,

Mesher/Martin orders. Why cant we have a precedent for the trust terms? at least basics like triggers and so on
The Mesher/Martin order footnotes say the trust needs to be drafted by a specialist.
surely that is our job? things like the trigger for sale or end of trust and who pays for structural repairs etc could be in a precedent format...
2 votesHi Ursula,
Will take this back to the committee and look at this particular footnote you refer to.
Thanks for the input.
