Order 38.1
38.1 the 4th box (if not using the first dropdown) should have an option for the children of the family. The box during her lifetime or cessation of is picking up gender from the wrong party if the Applicant is chosen first at the start to make the undertaking, then it should pick up gender from the Respondent. In 38.2 can we change in accordance with the terms of annex "B" to this order to in accordance with the terms of the annex to this order. In 38 and 39 can we lose the paragraph numbers.

Order 35
At 35 we found the free text box slightly confusingly placed. We wondered if we could have just the three blue arrows then three options: The parties agree to dispose of Free text as appropriate and Leave blank. At (d)ii below that, the box should read insert name of accountants/financial planner over-writeable.

Order 32 - 3
In 32.3 the first box should read the [applicant/respondent]s death, or subsequent marriage or entry into a civil partnership]. Then delete the words whichever shall be the earlier and start a new sentence with The respondent and the applicant agree that all benefit... The second box should offer a choice of the children of the family. Can we lose the numbering of the paras in this precedent also please.

Order 25 - expense
In 25, the last box needs to either take the gender of the first box at [his/her] expense or be at the [applicant/respondent]s expense, whichever is the opposite of the first box. So if the first box is the applicant and she is female the box would offer the choice between at her expense or at the respondents expense

Order 17
17 clauses and (f) and (g) should not be labelled such they are not part of the list. In what was (g) can we put insert time in the box before the date, over-writeable, and in (i) below. The 17.7 box is good as it allows for extra circumstances to be catered for but can it be labelled (vii) and lose the 17.7.7 and have in it as appropriate over-writeable

Order 16 - free text
16 the free text box at (a) needs to say [define as appropriate] over-writeable. We need a fullstop after a, and can the three bullets start with capital letters.
