My problem/suggestion is...

Add signature clauses for parties and solicitors to sign at end of document

Add signature clauses for parties and solicitors to sign - for use when Consent Order lodged as a box work application.

For a while I have prepared an application as a frontsheet to the order, stating that the parties jointly apply for the order in the attached terms, which the parties (and the lawyers) can then sign. This made it easy for the court to copy the order once approved, without the signatures.

Hi there - in terms of signature clauses- the old signature clause was removed because it was felt it wasn't 100% necessary.

There are new signature clauses that have been added with undertakings at the end of the list of precedents 104 & 105.

However, there would be no problem with putting the previous version of the signature back in.

Where do the parties sign? Do we have to do a separate old style consent application?

Also, amend the Introduction to give the option to lodge a Consent Order for judicial approval as a paper application (as in Title recital 8th edition)
